Cooling Remedies and Climate Change
A prerecorded class with Kat Maier
Heat related illnesses are on the rise. Herbalists have a tremendous contribution to the prevention of these illnesses with our understanding of energetics and working with cooling foods and medicines. This class will provide some context for climate change health risks then give detailed examples of how we can work with cardiovascular health, increasing fluids and clearing heat. We will discuss teas that can serve as daily tonics in times of greater stress.
